Almost everyone I interviewed with asked me how I deal with conflicting opinions in the workplace. One person even mentioned current tension across XFN teams. I would suggest reviewing the Netflix Culture Memo and ask them about "Disagree then Commit" and "Informed Captains" if you're not sure about working in an environment that encourages disagreements and feedback in the moment.

Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a coworker. What was the situation, what actions did you take and what was the outcome?
What do you think is something you need to work on as a leader?
Can you tell me about a time when you had to deal with a co-worker or subordinate who was being difficult or who was difficult to work with? How did you handle and resolve the issue?
How your friends would describe you?
Medical device and pharma case was easy but recruiters were not familiar so in depth work was not really necessary
