Interview lasted for an hour and it was done virtually. Some of the questions were quite tough but if you know well about your field of expertise and overall glove production, it will be fine. 1) Introduction presentation: background, achievements, how you can contribute to TG 2) Technical questions: about RnD, product innovation, field of expertise (I was asked a number of questions related to chemistry and materials development) 3) Job scope of applied position. Can you handle hot environment etc 4) A number of behavioral situations and how you handle the given situation: empowerment, integrity, etc.
The biggest question they had was if I had a research project in mind for my thesis/dissertation. They also asked why I applied as an MSc and not a PhD.
A take home data exercise with a theory part (2 questions, 5 subparts) about regression and a coding task also about regression.
