Questions were typical about your experience. The challenge is to create a presentation that is to get to know "you" better. That is not how it's structured. It seems they are soliciting a plan to structure their operations/facilities organization for KPI's, and Vendor Management. They gave some context, but none related to the agreements already in place with tenants.
