I was made to feel like i wasn’t capable of working in a warehouse/office environment. I applied for the job, as the job advertisement stated that no experience was necessary as training would be given. The main specification was customer service experience, so i thought great i will apply as i have been dealing with customers face to face for 17+ years. Yet though during my interview i was told on many occasions that they thought i would struggle working in the warehouse/office environment as there would be no direct contact with the customers, just over the phone or via email! I seriously felt like saying why let me get through to the interview process, IF IM CLEARLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH for the job. They seriously need to re think how they word there job adverts. If they only want people with experience, they need to state that. It was honestly the worst interview i’ve ever been to.

Questions asked at each stage were similar: 'tell me about yourself', 'what are your superpowers' etc and the founder kept going back to whether I had carbon copy experience elsewhere rather than being willing to consider or discuss transferrable skills. The founder also did not appear to like me asking questions about who had invested in the company, what stage it was at etc which should be a red flag for anyone coming in at executive level

The company is very sketchy and no one reveals their final names no online presence to vet the company or founding teams operational since 20 years still zero revenues they are just trying to raise funds and elode from the market salaries paid are against government laws. if you get caught, you are on your own DO NOT SIGN ANY DOCUMENTS OR TAKE UP LEADERSHIP ROLE> THIS IS A VERY BIG SCAM
