The questions are mostly focused on soft skills like how you deal with difficult situations, your trouble shooting skills by giving some examples. Not a lot of technical questions. Both interviewers are very professional and they don't push you too much in their questions. I drove to their facility from another city and to my surprise they paid me for my trip without me asking for it or providing a receipt. In my second interview I got to see the laboratory. Very impressive infra structure with a lot of equipment. Some of the equipment I never saw in the past. The facility is equipped with huge fume hoods.
