You don't need a masters' degree to work at a call center. Sounds like a complete waste of time and money to me. Wouldn't you agree?

None, really. They ask you to do a sales simulation with them though, but nothing really that difficult.
They do ask you to prepare slides for your interview with a Senior Director to discuss yourself, KPI's, and Past Metrics and ask you to present them. That is fun to do. They also require you to be on phone as a Sales Rep for a few months before being an actual manager. There is a role play on the call.
