During my interview, it was clear that everything was read from a script. The questions were very generic, such as, "Tell me how you got a non-performing team member to perform," and "Give me an example of how you made your team achieve their goals," among others. There was little to no effort to personalize the conversation or explore my unique experiences and skills. The entire process felt very formulaic and impersonal.
