As part of increasing access to its world-class education, to students from underprivileged backgrounds around Africa, ALU, with support from its donor partners, aims to enroll 200 high-achieving, low-income students a year, over the next five years.
Selected scholars from around the continent would receive a full scholarship to study an undergraduate course at ALU’s campus in Mauritius or Rwanda. The scholarship partnerships team would be responsible for identifying organisations to serve as partners for identifying, selecting, and enrolling some of Africa’s best scholars. As the manager overseeing this submit the following deliverables:
 * Deliverable 1: A list of 20 organisations you would pursue partnerships with to help achieve the enrollment target and your rationale for selecting them.
 Deliverable 2: A high level partner engagement strategy: indicating initiatives, activities, and tactics for achieving partner buy-in and long-term commitment to ensure sustained achievement of the target.
 Deliverable 3: As part of this strategy, please propose three key KPIs and three key risks to success and your plan for risk mitigation.
 * Please note the following:
 ● 70% of scholars must be female
 ● 10% of scholars must be refugees
 ● 10% of scholars must be students with disabilities
