On the applicant questionair there were percentage questions! Which I find hard to do without a calculator. From the interviewer- your strengths and weakness, they would like an answer for both.
Weren't any hard questions.
The questions where very easy.
The usual questions like, " Explain a time where you and your team of workers were challenged and how was it overcome etc"
With previous employer when a spill occured what process did you use to take care of the matter?
A lot of situational questions. Name a time you worked with a group to accomplish a project.
