Just basic questions regarding job experience at each position.
During the second round of interview, two leads both asked me to introduce myself on what my current position is but I can tell apparently they didn’t review my resume before the interview as they have no idea about your education background or job responsibilities for my current employer that I mentioned in the resume. One interviewer just admitted that at the beginning. Among the questions, one lead asked me to point out five cons on user experience side for a well-known streaming service website. I feel the interviewers need to be more prepared for the interview in cross country mortgage. I think reviewing the resume before interview wasn’t take long and it’s a respect.
