I was expecting structure, and there really was no strucutured questions. Tell me about yourself and resume review were the highlights. I was also asked what I thought were there key problems and what potential solutions might I suggest. This was awkward as I have never actually worked for them, but did research the company. Available research didnt point out any key problems as if they had I may not have applied for the position.
