The first interview was focused on my previous experience, how I deal with challenges in the workplace and they asked detailed questions about PPC and two numercial questions too. Even though I was nervous and didn't get it right the first time, they were quite simple and you can use pen and paper. The second interview was similar, no numerical questions this time. For the presentation, I was given an account and had to come up with sugestions on how to optimise it in order to achieve a higher revenue whilst maintaining the ROAS. I didn't even have two days to prepare the presentation, it was rather two evenings because I was still in my old job. This means I couldn't deep dive into the account and only give generic recommendations and show some examples. Eventually, they hired me as an Exec because they felt I wasn't a Senior yet which is fine.
