The administrator and a paralegal conducted the interview. The administrator is excellent.Questions were pretty open including what’s the first thing you do when you open the file.
1) Name 3 times someone has described you in a POSITIVE way that a) you disagreed with; b) you disagreed because they didn't know there was a true, NEGATIVE reason for your actions. E.g. a man who appears to work very hard, is in the office for extended periods and doesn't take breaks. However, when labelled "hardworking", he disagrees because his reason for being in the office is his fear of being alone.
