Please discuss your assessment and treatment as well as how you may utilise other resources available when extricating? Her family are on scene and are arguing amongst each other about whether she should be resuscitated or not should she go into cardiac arrest. The family members are vague in giving a medical history and there is minimal paperwork in the environment to refer to. Talk through the ethical considerations of such a situation and discuss a plan. Clinical scenario 3: Whilst on scene at a job, your crew mate expresses that they have a safeguarding concern. What do you do? Clinical scenario 4: you are on a job where endotracheal intubation is required. You have not performed this skill in a while and don’t feel confident to perform it safely. What can you do / who can you call in such a situation?
