As you have a child, will hinder you from being able to pick up emergency emails that come through out of hours? (This was asked at the end of the interview after sharing the intense hours I sometimes work and adapting hours to match recruitment in other time zones)
With CFO it was pretty standard competency based question with detail explanation of previous experience, industry and business etc. With CEO wasn't a standard process as at the start of the conversation didn't really explain how he will conduct the interview and no apology for 5 minutes delay, which he may need to consider as future development.
