HR asked about my current role and how I managed through certain challenges. My conversation with the team lead was mainly speaking about the role itself and how current position would translate into the Target life (so to speak)
The interview was well geared around understanding who I was as an individual, and my previous experience as it relates to client relationship
What are your weaknesses? Do you have experience with software/hardware design?
I found the group assessments the most challenging as you had to strike the balance between being assertive while not being bossy.
