In the technical part they show me a paper in which there was described a situation and they asked me what I would ask to the developer in order to understand better the project (it was clear and not difficult, no prior preparation was needed). In the interviw about my personality the HR was presenting me my profile and just asked me if I was well represented by it. It wasn't super good I think. I didin't know what were the other options and was a bit too much leaded by the HR who didn't really let me explain what I was meaning.
