When I first received the email, I got a call not too long after that from the talent agent saying that he would like to interview me over the phone so we set that up within a three day process. I got the call back after the phone interview was over. He scheduled an in person interview with the manager of the unit that The job was for. I went in on that Tuesday and I interviewed with the charge nurse Of the MedSurg unit. I have over 12 years experience in the healthcare field. I also am also a medication technician, medical assistant, and phlebotomy certificate education since 2012 and I had a BLS. My last Position at Urgent Care primary care clinic, and I worked as the medical assistant manager for more than a year. Prior to that I worked at a hospital that was amazing for a little over a year due to school, I had to leave that hospital which was NGHS. My bls was from a different provider than the American Heart Association, which I have had a prior one that went expired in 2024 from NGHS that they paid for, I am hoping that you would help do the same thing that the fire hospital did was pay for me to do the recertification during training. They didn't seem to want to do that. Not to mention the prior hospital, I worked at which was Northeast Georgia Medical Center I work on the same unit. I have worked in many facilities, including hospitals since 2015. I started out with a CNA and now I am at school for my RN so I wanted to step down to do PCT work so I can get a residency For this hospital, that’s why I wanted to make sure I did everything right for this interview. I even went out of the way to make a profile which was extremely etiquette to take with me to give to the nurse doing the interview. I was thinking I was over experienced. Question she was asking me were simple. I was a little nervous since I have not had to do an interview and quite some years. I feel and those interview went quite well, and I thought that the lady doing Interview seemed as if she was going to hire meI I made it a point to mention that I like to work overnight shift as well as weekend shift, which is what They were specifically wanted. Her eyes lit up after I said it or reason to why I thought I was so going to be hired hired. I was very excited about the whole experience and I was feeling well about the job and I was thinking I was going to be contacted immediately with an offer letter. The hiring agent discussed the salary at all Whitby as well, so that made me also say that I landed this position. One week later, I received an email that said that they went with other candidates with more experience than I had. Which I do not know how that was possible because I was overly qualified for certification than a job was requesting. It was such A letdown as well as a humiliating waste of my time. Especially because I made an appointment that I really wanted to work for that hospital specifically since I was younger I wanted to be a nurse like my aunt retired from that same hospital when it was Athens Regional medical Center. The recruiter said in the email that he would keep me in mind for future positions. Tell me about yourself? How long have you been at the medical field? Where do you see yourself in five years? Why do you want to work for the company? Explain a situation where you had to deal with a difficult coworker. How did you handle it scenario where you had filled with a difficult patient, how did you handle it? What is one thing about yourself that you would think if you could what are your shoes and what are your Strong and weaknesses?
