I tend to think the most difficult question during an interview process is the "why should we hire you" question. And as it expected it was asked and answered with good feedback as well.
What are your weakness?
The most difficult question he asked was when I would be able to start. I had a side job that I was working on and didn't know when I would be able to actually start working for CNG Source. They were very understanding about that and just asked me to let them know of a start day.
