Describe a time when you were assigned a rush project when you had other important priorities. How did you feel and what was your response?
They asked about my risk-related experience, but then mentioned that the Hiring Manager was not actually looking for someone with substantial risk expertise and was instead willing to teach the risk environment to the right candidate. It was a surprising contradiction given the seniority and scope of the role, which only added to the overall sense that Stripe was unclear about what it really needed in this position.

I do not recall the question. But it was the "technical" competency that I scored the lowest, which is unexpected because capablities and qualifications in this area meet and exceed that of the chosen candidates.
