I am a recent grad. I have some work experience through college and high school, but this is my first round of applying and interviewing for real corporate jobs. I had applied to at least 4 dozen places, and Set schedule was one of the few places that constantly kept communication open through the process. When I first applied I took three assessment tests, and the had a phone screen. The Hr person was super nice. She asked me if I have had a lot of interviews and gave me some tips on how to respond to questions for the next round of interviews. Then I was invited to an in person interview. In the interview we went over my experiences through behavioral based questions. The Hr person then explained that they had a high number of applicants. Over 450 applied, and that some had moved farther along in the process as they had applied much earlier. A few days later Like the other review, I was notified that the position was put on hold. However, I realized that there had been other people in the process and it was put on hold because they made an offer. I thought it was really nice of the company not to waste my time and energy any further and to keep me in the loop. a few days later they followed up with a notification that the position was filled. Even though I didn't get the position I really appreciated the fact that they kept in touch.
