Why do you want to work at Hyatt?

Do you really want to successfully run your company with confidence that you can leave out the front door knowing that you can rely on your staff to proudly keep it going? I personally take pride in standing behind the company I'm employed with, especially if I love doing my job. I know in my heart and soul I'd be very good at this particular joy, because my overall experience is in Telecommunications. It's the one occupation I've always wanted to be back into.

If you conduct yourself in a calm and professional manner, you should be fine. They will ask you for specific examples of different ways that you have solved problems and followed through with solutions. They are looking for customer service driven people who can think outside the box, and relatively quickly as different scenarios pop up all the time in the hotel industry and you must be prepared to deal with them on a daily basis.
