The most arduous part of the interview process was the length of it, sometimes running 2-3hrs. The difficulty in the questions arises in trying to come up with real world examples of when you used a particular skill set or encountered an issue as described and then being detailed in your description of how you handled the issue.
I would rather avoid adding specific questions as they relate to a new product
Simple. "What is the first thing you do before you begin working on a laptop" Are you comfortable going into private residences? Are you OK driving your own vehicle to customer sites?

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
What is a POST test? What is a subnet?
What was your experience with PCs
What's your background?
