About my qualifications and how could I resolve any type of problem that could arise, for instance the steps to the determine/troubleshooting a broken computer, what to do if a person was locked out of their account, how to remove viruses from the computers, along with other things related to the field.
The question was "If you did a PC replacement, and the user's wedding photo's were lost, how would you handle the situation?"
None really, it was very basic. He asked me when I could start in the interview.

2nd Interviewer asked why "most of my work history was 8 months long" I have done contract IT PC work for 10 years at many Fortune 500 companies. Have always fulfilled all of my contracts, usually 1-2 years except 2 that were 8 months because the project was cancelled. I have also been an employee for 7 years, 5 years and 4 years at various companies but those were beyond the 10 cap I put on my resume to prevent age discrimination.
