There is a teen mom who comes in with her mother. Her mother states that "She (the teen) doens't know a thing about breastfeeding, how any of it works, or even about being a mother." (In other words the mother states that her daughter is incompetent in front of her daughter and puts her daughter down.) ~Basically the question is to answer how you would best explain to the mother and the daughter that you are there to help and educate the daughter so that she understands better, while being supportive of the daughter, and polite to the mother."
