Interview 50/ 50 - technical questions and questions on culture and personal motivations / mindset / drive - Behavioural event interviews and digging into past experience - mostly around: change projects, organizational /culture development initiatives, leadership development initiatives, coaching, difficult conversations / conflicts: what was the challenge, how did you approach it, what was the outcome & impact? - what is your approach to building relationships / establishing trust (give examples of more challenging relationships) ? Questions on culture: - Did you see our culture molecule? what speaks to you particularly and why? - Questions on values around "being humble" / "never stop learning" / "pushing the limits" - how I see them & what they mean to me (what are you currently working on? what is the latest piece of feedback you have received?) - personal aspirations - where do you want to be? what does your ideal job look like, etc....
