Why? #2) We currently use Rippling for our domestic employee HRIS and Pilot to manage contracts, payments, and expense reimbursements (including wellness and retirement reimbursements) for International Contractors. Pilot is sometimes glitchy and has poor reporting capabilities. We especially want reporting capabilities that are easily integrated into Quickbooks. Please research 2-3 other options that could replace Pilot and would allow us to manage full-time international contractor contracts in addition to both domestic and international part-time freelancer contracts, including all payments, and expense reimbursements.
