Tell me about a time when you had to learn a new system
Irrelevant questions about my personality and not about my expertise. I wouldn't mind taking an actual behavioral assessment, but this came across as inappropriate and irrelevant to the role. When they did actually ask questions about my expertise, it had nothing to do with the job description and mostly to do with data science (even though the role was not a data role). I got the sense the people interviewing me have no expertise in the field at all and didn't even know what to ask about. The whole thing was very unprofessional and seemed like it would be a terrible fit for an actual PhD-level expert.
Mostly generic experience based questions
