Complete four scenarios - Please provide answers as to how you would investigate the situation, who you would want to speak with, any actions you would take immediately, what your recommended approach would be and guidance for the company in general.

Below are a series of scenarios that have been brought to your attention at the XYZ Company (to be clear these are not real scenarios from EVERY). Please provide answers as to how you would investigate the situation, who you would want to speak with, any actions you would take immediately, what your recommended approach would be and guidance for the company in general. Please also provide a list of recommended People Ops programs you would want to roll out and in what priority given that these scenarios have happened at XYZ Company. A) The CEO has heard that regular and documented feedback is incredibly important so has asked you to implement a bi-monthly performance review process. B) A manager has come to you asking for advice because an employee is underperforming. When you dig into the situation you find out that the employee, while yes the employee is not meeting expectations on certain deliverables in a meaningful way, has also not been set up for success with clear guidance and enough bandwidth. C) One department leader regularly promotes employees every six months while the average time to promotion in the other departments is eighteen months. D) Employees attend a critical industry conference for sales and relationship building. At the conference, while walking the showcase floor and learning about other companies, two female employees are asked to bring back their husbands for a demo.
