What interest you about this role?

1st round they asked me regarding my current role and my education background they are looking who has experience in dashboarding of HR team with tool power BI and got rejected when they asked for attrition percentage
The questions were a mix of behavioral, tactical, and culture questions. They also had me showcase a piece of work.

The interviews are highly tailored to the specific needs of the role. Each interview was themed (people analytics, strategy, program management, etc.). There were also a series of case style strategic questions as part of the senior leader interview. The questions ranged from scaling people and culture, to workforce planning, to board presentation prep.
