They asked how I would handle a sensitive situation where someone confided in me their unhappiness with what they perceived as favoritism shown to another employee by the CEO as well as others' complaint of feeling that their suggestions were ignored.

They did some behavioural questions which placed me in situations where I had to draw on past experience to explain what I would do or how I handled the situation.

Interview started normally, they asked tell me about yourself, what are you doing currently, asked about my education and experience. Then they shared a Excel file in which they told me to perform some work. Like use VlookUP, removing duplicates, filtering and Sorting and then creating a Pivot table. Then there was a table in excel file they shared, they asked me a what can I interpret and understand from this table (table was easy to interpret). Finally HR asked why I want to join this role.
