Tell me about a time you disagreed with a decision and you had to reinforce the decision.
Several situational questions: how would you handle a specific issue with a client or an employee. How did you hold people accountable in the past. How do you train your staff... etc.
All questions were of common sense, nothing in particular asked. It was a general discussion focused on my professional experience and derived questions from my answers.
I was asked about my experience in training, performance coaching, as well as my knowledge in standard operations of procedures throughout a warehouse, from inbound functions to outbound functions. In addition, I was also asked about my general people skills, how I handled different situations, as well as some of my self-renowned accomplishments at my previous jobs.
A 30-60 second introduction was followed by a data analysis task. Technically, there were only two questions: 'Why do you want to work here?' and the data analysis to solve on the spot, without any heads-up, in a pressure cooker environment.
