All questions were of common sense, nothing in particular asked. It was a general discussion focused on my professional experience and derived questions from my answers.
I was asked about my experience in training, performance coaching, as well as my knowledge in standard operations of procedures throughout a warehouse, from inbound functions to outbound functions. In addition, I was also asked about my general people skills, how I handled different situations, as well as some of my self-renowned accomplishments at my previous jobs.
A 30-60 second introduction was followed by a data analysis task. Technically, there were only two questions: 'Why do you want to work here?' and the data analysis to solve on the spot, without any heads-up, in a pressure cooker environment.
