He had no questions. Felt like he either had no interview skills or was just going through the motions because he had already had someone picked. Upon arrival I also gave him a copy of local current references and he discarded them to his desk. He spoke about alot of personal information, family ,life, employees. Then said he had interviewed the perfect fit but they wanted more $$ then he made for the position. He stated" They needed to be more open to what to position offered".

I can't recall all of the questions but below are a few of the ones I remember: (Most of the questions were set up with a scenario, they asked you to give the an example you have experienced, and how did you do to solve/fix it) 1. Picture you received a call from a concerned/unhappy costumer. How would you react to an angry costumer and what would you do in case you did everything to help the costumer but he/she still unhappy. 2. Give an example of a time you had a conflict with a co-worker. What was the problem? how did you solved it? what was the outcome?
All the questions were rather difficult cos' they leaded with unfolding and conflicting situations so i can't really pick one. There's nothing i cay say that can help someone leading with that.

First question included acronyms I was not familiar with because they had an opening for a permit specialist (not my thing)
