The went through my CV and asked me basic questions about the history of my work and my progression through graduate school and post docs and why I was interested in the position. Some questions were directly related to my research- "Tell me about this paper" " Tell me about this abstract " "Describe this research project to me" Some were first author papers, some were second author papers. Additionally, how I applied some of the skills listed in my skills and experience section in projects. They also asked about specific classes on my transcripts and why I got grades I did (picking the lowest grades from undergraduate school.
