The behavioural questions were asking me to describe situations were I'd made a mistake and how I dealt with it, giving bad news, times when my work and decisions had impacted other teams, times I have dealt with overlapping projects and high workloads, describing my process in developing an assay, times when I had innovated. All of them were essentially STAR behavioural questions. The questions after my presentation were about the content I presented, for example why I chose a specific assay window cut off for passing or failing an assay. The questions in the technical interview were following on from the content of my presentation, for example what further work I could do to develop the project further. I was also asked about other assay technologies and techniques I had experience in and to describe situations/projects I had used them
