With no prior experience in the field, What do you think are the responsibilities of a pharm tech?
They asked me whether or not I had experience in retail and how I was able to manage angry customers.
I don't think they asked a difficult question.
Tell me about a time you had to complete a task, what was the outcome, what steps did you take? Tell me about a time you completed a goal? Just stupid stuff like that. They are all behavioral questions. So look them up to get a feel of what they are going to be asking. You can use school or life or anything like that. They don't care. just be confident.
Best job you ever had? What did you like about it? Worst job and why you didn't like it? What area can you improve in? What is good customer decide to you? Asked to list favorite item in store (you will have to sell item)
How would you describe yourself? How would your best friend describe you?
Tell me about yourself and your leadership roles
What is your availability? Can you work weekends?
