Easy interview.
They asked about my employment history and skills. Also asked about improvements I made at my previous employers.
There really was not one
I had a distant family member employed in this same department. I was asked if I would have any problems working with and/or taking direction from this family ember. I aswered i would not, that the family relationship would be left outside the workplace. They liked the answer, yet they continuously attempted to rephrase the same question throughout the remainder of the interview...it seemed almost in the hopes I would change my answer.
A lot of "give an example when" questions. Study your "START" interview questions and think of examples and you will be fine. give an example when you had to keep track of many details in a changing environment (something along those lines...) give an example when you had to deal with an angry customer. (what was the scenario, how did you deal with it and what was the end result?)
what experience I had and certifications I had, and how those made me qualified.
