Mainly a business question. The interviewer asked about how to estimate the causal impact of delivery disruption on customer behaviour. Very open-ended and she asked follow-up questions on different estimating strategies I proposed. Some behavioural questions at the beginning.
General behavioral questions like leadership, conflict at work and how it was resolved, situation in which your input was critical to success of the projects, etc.
