Describe a time when you had to defuse a negative situation in which an error had to be corrected that was either between you and an employee, an employee and a customer, or you and a customer. What did you have to do to correct or defuse the mistake, and what did you learn by resolving the issues at hand?

Describe a time when you had to defuse a negative situation in which an error had to be corrected that was either between you and an employee, an employee and a customer, or you and a customer. What did you have to do to correct or defuse the mistake, and what did you learn by resolving the issues at hand?

If you speak English and your language well, you should be no problem. The only difficulty was they only give you 2 times to listen to whatever should be translated. So make sure you have pen and paper ready to write down any date or number.
