The online application was a standard retail personality survey with most of the questions centered on customer service, working with others and dealing with loss/theft. The one on one interview was much of the same. It was casual and laid back without being sloppy.
When you had trouble with a customer what steps did you take to resolve the issue.
What would you do if a customer became upset and started yelling at you?
Explain a difficult situation where you had a conflict with management personnel at a previous employer. How did you resolve it?
I have 10 years plus in retail experience,so for me the interview,and questions were easy they mostly pertained to the customer service position and sharing my experience's. Also what I felt I could bring to the table.
As I said the interview was generic and nothing out of the ordinary;.
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
The questions were pretty easy.
