First two virtual interviews were with 2 different women and they were very warm, kind and engaging. 3rd interview with the founder/CEO was a late Gen Z/millenial male who seemed very ignorant and had little common sense or understanding of what field sales executive roles do and how that scale of responsibility more than translates to a B&M sales role, especially coming from luxury with global brands. Lots of redundant questions so the “CEO” could understand simple business concepts like call cycles and KPIs in luxury field sales.
