Began with job description, hours of work, and description of rehab staffing. Several common "life experience" questions: Tell me about a time when you had conflict with a supervisor? Tell me about a time when you went above and beyond what was expected of you? Was there ever a time when a customer or client was dissatisfied and how did you remedy the situation? Then 2-3 situational and job specific questions: Would you be comfortable treating and working with a patient alone in an acute setting? What are some things you would look for or do before performing a patient evaluation? Ended with opportunity for me to ask questions.
