Multiple "account manager" that will over see you.....call you constantly and do not seem to communicate with each other. They seem very disorganized.

Nothing very unusual--how well do you work on a team, how well do you work with others, etc.
They asked questions about how well I handled challenges and adversities and to give an example and how I would have maybe done something different or the same way and why.
Do you like talking to people? Do you find it hard to sit down for long periods of time? Are you comfortable with wearing a headset to take calls? Can you multi task? Do you enjoy working by yourself or in a group? How do you feel about working weekends and holidays?
