Problem is this is another company that engages in discriminatory hiring practices, refusing to even consider MD candidates who are not board certified. Never mind that board certification is voluntary, run by private, for profit cartels. Never mind that there is absolutely no data showing board certification produces better patient outcomes. Never mind that there are plenty of valid reasons for not becoming board certified. Never mind that the candidate has a demonstrated track record of good performance. Despite advertising themselves as being a novel model, this is just another organization that bows to they tyranny of the cartel trying to limit the number of doctors at a great profit.
