The interview was very informal with just the regional director and myself. He had a a list of discussion points but we seemed to cover them at random. We discussed the company quite a bit and some basic "what if i hired you" questions.
Q: Tell us about a time when you had a conflict with a co-worker and what you did to resolve it.

Do a Jeppesen approach briefAlready had plenty of experience, coming in qualified from another regional. The HR person was very nice and did the interview. Having been current and qualified and on a trip, the interviewer already decided I was qualified and then went to my questions. I had none.
