Interview questions from both the preliminary & final interview can be split into these 3 categories: business, technical & personality. 1. Business: Questions to test how well you know the company & the business e.g. who is the CEO, what is the current fleet, what is the company's business outlook etc. 2. Technical: If you have studied aviation-related courses in school and have good technical knowledge, then this part should not be too difficult. Questions can be also related to test your knowledge on air disasters, aviation terminologies, flight operation procedures etc. 3. Personality: This is perhaps the broadest category out of the three. Questions can literally be anything, from testing your ability to remain calm, how well you think on your feet, to questions about your character, your leadership abilities etc. For example, the panel may ask questions like "How well do you handle conflict in your team?", "What is your proudest achievement in your career?", or "Who inspires you the most in life?". For the computer aptitude test, there are quite a few resources online to help you prepare for it. There are a few games to test hand-eye coordination, reaction speed, sense of direction etc. At the end of the test, there will be a questionnaires on verbal reasoning and a personality test. The final interview also includes writing a short essay (50 words) on why you want to be a pilot. Also, make sure every single instruction is followed. Things like filling in forms in the required format, remembering to bring your documents etc. - these may seem insignificant, but these are all part of the assessment.
