Based on the competencies in the advert - along the lines of - time when you improved customer service -how you build team relations -when you have achieved results Very narrow approach. BUT Nothing on what you know about the EA or why you want to work for them. Very bland and the 2 HR people (who are non EA) ask probing questions nothing to do with your answer. Just weird!!
