It wasn't unexpected because they told me to prepare for it, but they asked me to present an example of a time I used quantitative decision analysis to address a problem. It is difficult to find a good example that wasn't confidential to a prior employer.
How do your experiences line up with the position?
didnt really have any unexpected question, just be prepared to discuss anything financial aid related in depth and to actually bring in real-lie experiences of how you handled certain things, i.e. verification, c-codes, etc.
