I was given 10 minutes to prep for an on the spot presentation on the day. The details were: Tell us how you would lead change in a situation which was constantly changing and full of uncertainty. What approach would you take to ensure you are effective?
At the last stage of the interview process I suggested adding quick surveys to YouTube videos. I received the feedback that they wouldn’t be hiring me because I wasn’t able to demonstrate innovative thinking and the kind of out of the box thinking Google was looking for at that time. They still rolled out the YouTube surveys :)
